In order to ensure the safe operation of the power grid system and the lifespan, safety and effective usage of electrical equipment, smart switch cabinets have put forward higher requirements for moisture and condensation prevention. The traditional anti-condensation method of switchgear is to install an aluminum alloy heater (usually 150W) in the switchgear cable room and the circuit breaker room. When the aluminum alloy heater is working, its surface temperature is 120℃~130℃. However, the single use of the heater method does not reduce the humidity in the switch cabinet. High temperature causes the aging of the components in the cabinet. Long-term heating will inevitably cause unnecessary power consumption and waste. In view of the problems with common anti-condensation methods of switchgear, in order to improve the reliability of switchgear anti-condensation and reduce power consumption, a simple, effective and energy-saving anti-condensation SAID series intelligent dehumidification device should be adopted.
Creepage and flashover accidents caused by condensation inside the switchgear generally occur in the following situations:
①The area has high humidity, the weather and temperature change greatly, the bottom of the switch cabinet is wet, and some cable trenches even have water;
②Some switch cabinets are in the basement and the humidity is high, and the temperature inside the cabinet, especially the temperature close to the ground, is lower than the ambient temperature;
③Some equipment is temporarily out of service, and the small ambient temperature in the electrical cabinet is lower than the ambient temperature, and condensation is easily formed on its surface. In this case, once the power is put into operation, accidents will follow.
