LVAF series low voltage active harmonic filter

        LVAF active power filter is a new power electronic device of dynamically suppressing harmonics, reactive power compensation, through real-time detection of the load current waveform and DSP calculation, to obtain content of load current harmonic, then a PWM signal to inverter controlled by IGBT, such, to produce a current as big as load harmonic current but opposite direction into power supply system. Finally, the harmonic is filtered.

Model Selection Guide

  • The rated voltage and rated capacity of the device should be reflected in the order model, and other special requirements must be noted;
  • LVAF series active filters have two structural modes: integrated cabinet type and modular combined cabinet type, which can be combined with all mainstream switch cabinets of low voltage, and are suitable for different busbar fixing positions and methods;
  • The device configuration and structure size can be negotiated according to user requirements.
  • Cabinet size requirements, environmental conditions and protection level of the installation site
  • Required power factor and harmonic distortion rate and other requirements

Example:

  • If the rated voltage of a system is 0.4kV and 200A harmonic current needs to be filtered out, it is recommended to use an active filter device of model LVAF-0.4-200, which adopts an integrated cabinet structure, consisting of a cabinet with a size of 800 ×1000×2200mm, or use an active filter device of model LVAF-0.4-200/2, use a 100A module, and consist of a cabinet with a size of 600×1000×2200mm.
